Beluga caviar is the world's rarest caviar whose sturgeons swim in the Caspian Sea, bordered by Iran, Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan.

The very thin membrane enveloping the roe bursts easily on the palate and its signature buttery taste reveals a complexity that develops with time. 

Fernando Pensato Beluga Caviar is prized for its soft, large eggs that range in color from pale silver, grey and charcoal.
