Oscietra Caviar is another one of the most exclusive caviars in the world, obtained by the Oscietra sturgeon which weighs 50-400 pounds and can live up to 50 years.
Our Oscietra is farmed on the “Amur River” or “Heilong Jiang” which is the worlds tenth longest river, forming the border between the Russian Far East and Northeastern China (Inner Manchuria).
Oscietra Caviar is a festive caviar and its amber grains are a good regular size. they are completely loose and shine with an anthracite bronze reflection. On the palate, the grains explode with a succession of delicious tastes. The smooth caviar reveals multiple marine fragrances, slightly salty, nutty with a pleasant length on the palate.
